HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

Reduce Property taxes if you own and occupy your primary residence on October 1. Deadline: December 31st.

(Code of Alabama §40-9-19)

OVER 65 EXEMPTION

If you're 65+, you're entitled to exemption from the STATE portion of property taxes. Additional exemptions available if combined household income is $12,000 or less.

DISABILITY EXEMPTION

Totally and permanently disabled? You qualify regardless of income or age.

LOW INCOME EXEMPTION

Additional relief may be available based on household income.

Meet First: MC Dem Office — then Calvary Hill Friendship Center or Optimist Park Precinct

Every door. Every voter. EVERY SATURDAY. Meet at the MC Dem Office to get your turf assignment, get onboarded to MiniVAN, and pick up water, snacks, and materials. Morning shift has cooler temps — afternoon runs about 15°F hotter. Carry 2–3 candidate flyers. Let’s knock doors. Let’s win!
